SHIPPING & RETURNS
If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy.
Shipping is FREE within the Continental US for all orders over $100. We typically use UPS Standard Ground with delivery estimates of 7-15 days. Insurance is included as well.
NOTE: Products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional $10 shipping fee. Plus, some of our larger, heavier and more expensive items will have a carrier fee to cover increased insurance and delivery acceptance signature.
If you select a different/faster delivery method, the upgrade cost will be collected.
At this time we are not shipping Internationally.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item(s) email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization number (RA#) before you ship it back.
You have 30 DAYS FROM THE TRANSACTION/PURCHASE DATE TO RETURN the item in its original, unused condition with the original packaging. If not received in this condition, your refund or exchange credit may be subject to an adjustment amount.
Processing of the return and credit normally takes around 10 days from the time the return is received.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our supplier to confirm that it is available in stock and ready for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for shipment within 5 business days, we will complete processing of the charges and submit the order for shipment.
We strive to show accurate availability but, should your item be on backorder or unavailable, we will void your credit card pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail to see what you want us to do about your order.
If your item is in-stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will email you tracking details within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse (to the e-mail address you provide when checking out). If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please follow up with us at email@example.com.
Please inspect the packaging of your item when it arrives. If it has any damage you should ask the delivery person to make note of the damage. If your package/box does arrive damaged, do NOT open it further or use it. Please immediately send photos of the damaged package to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will determine if we need to process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Product Warranties are provided by the Product’s Manufacturer – not by ScopeItOutdoors. All warranty claims must be processed directly by the manufacturer.
All orders cancelled more than 48 hours after the order are subject to a $20 Administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for the actual return shipping charges. Return credit will be processed when we receive the product back.
Any refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order.
